If you are a parent seeking counseling for your child or teen, I will work with you to develop a plan that will best address your concerns and goals. This may include family therapy sessions, individual sessions, or parent-only sessions. I work from a perspective that recognizes you and your child as the experts on yourselves and your family. I am here to provide support and assist in understanding and overcoming the challenges your family is facing. I seek to provide trauma informed care and have post graduate training in a variety of therapeutic modalities. I am well equipped to help you overcome the challenges that have kept you from being the person you desire.
